After witnessing something he shouldn’t, Steven, a lonely newcomer to Baltimore, wakes up tied in the basement of a charismatic woman who dismembers and sells bodies on the black market. To stay alive, he offers to fix the financial mess threatening to collapse Lani's operation… but one wrong move sends their fragile partnership spiraling into a deadly game of cat and mouse with corrupt cops, vengeful clients and each other.
